Master of Arts in Leadership - Health
The Master of Arts in Leadership - Health Specialization (MAL-H) is 36-credit program comprised of two years of interdisciplinary study delivered through a blended model which combines online learning and two 2-week on-campus learning experiences. The MAL-H program is led by experienced healthcare instructors and blends health topics with strategic leadership studies, enabling you to navigate and drive change. This program will enable you to adapt to the rapidly changing field of healthcare, which demands leaders with the skills to bring people together and identify problems, implement solutions and achieve results.

The MAL-H program is an applied, competency-based program offering advanced leadership skills for experienced and emerging leaders in health organizations interested in developing more effective organizations and communities. Focusing on factors that contribute to successful problem solving and innovation, this program provides key skills and insights to professionals working in corporate, academic, public sector, and not-for-profit environments.
