Founded in 1999, the Royal Roads University Student Association (RRUSA) is a incorporated society run by students, for students, and is seperate from the university. Most undergraduate students at Royal Roads are members of RRUSA. RRUSA provides advocacy, representation, services and events for Royal Roads undergraduates. Additionally, RRUSA oversees the Universal Bus Pass (U-Pass) program and the undergraduate extended Health & Dental Plan. Undergraduate students additionally qualify for RRUSA-funded Awards & Bursaries.
Each year, RRUSA holds elections for its student governance positions and throughout the year, has opportunities for students to join committees.
