David Williams, Q.C. and Donald Taylor, Q.C. Memorial Bursary
The Cowichan Valley Bar Association (CVBA) is made up of lawyers practicing in the Cowichan Valley. For many years members have supported a bursary to encourage and assist students in their law related field of study.
