MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING between Camosun College and Royal Roads University.
This memorandum of understanding constitutes an agreement between Royal Roads University (RRU) and Camosun College. The participating units at the respective institutions are the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management at RRU and Camosun College.
Objective of the Agreement
The School of Tourism and Hospitality Management will recognize Camosun College's
- Bachelor of Business Administration
- Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting Major
- Bachelor of Business Administration – Human Resource Management & Leadership Major
- Bachelor of Business Administration – Marketing Communications Management Major
as meeting the admission requirement of an applicable undergraduate degree into our Master of Arts in Tourism Management program. Graduates of Camosun College's Bachelor of Business Administration programs will still need to meet any remaining entrance requirements for the Master of Arts in Tourism Management (per the program admission requirements on the RRU website) and pursue the regular application process.
Term of the Agreement
This agreement shall be in place for a period of three years commencing February 28, 2014. At the end of this time, the agreement will be subject to review and renewal by RRU. If there are impediments to renewal, RRU will notify Camosun College of the impediments with the goal of negotiating a new agreement. Final approval of the agreement will remain with the President of RRU. Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice.
Royal Roads University retains the right to limit the number of students admitted under this agreement.
