Barlow-Lee is the owner of HBL Events. She produces the annual Concert for Hope. Help. Home., which has raised close to $1 million for Community Living Victoria. Past experience includes General Manager of the Victoria Dragon Boat Festival, Director, Education and Programs, with the Vancouver Chapter of the International Live Events Association, and Director with Travelers with Heart Education Society, Belize. Barlow-Lee was an instructor for Fundamentals of Event & Conference Management with Camosun College.
