Course Description
Capitalizes on financial skills that were developed in IHMN 320 Hospitality Finance. Increasingly, revenue and yield management have direct impact on the bottom line of hotel operations. Students will examine ways to direct and prioritize supply investment towards more profitable revenue, as well as look at current systems and approaches to yield management. Pre-requisite: IHMN 320.
