Visitors to campus must display a valid daily / hourly parking permit. A parking permit for stays longer than a day may be purchased at Guest Services Desk, daily; Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

For the use by any person who has purchased a General parking permit, including an hourly/daily dispenser permit.
Persons with temporary or permanent disabilities may use identified accessible parking spaces by displaying a valid RRU Parking Permit. To obtain an accessible parking permit, you must provide your valid provincially sanctioned accessible parking permit number and expiry date, or provide a doctor's note. Do not use Loading Zones or Service Vehicle spaces. Please note if there aren't any accessible parking spaces available, you must then park in a regular parking space in one of the lots and contact Security at 250-391-2525 to have them transport you to your work location or classroom.
The eight spots in front of Hatley Castle are reserved 24 hours, seven days a week (including holidays).
Reserved for the exclusive use of motorcycles, motor scooters, or mopeds 24/7. Registration is required for all motorcycle, motor scooters or mopeds.
Scooter Parking (under 50cc)
May park in motorcycle parking or at the end of bicycle racks located in strategic locations throughout the campus, provided there is sufficient space.
Passenger drop-off Zones
Only for the purpose of dropping off or picking up passengers. Vehicles may be stopped in these areas only for the minimum time required for such purpose and must not be left unattended.

Service Vehicle Spaces
Only for the use of Service Vehicles, Contractor Service Vehicles, and RRU staff who have signed out a Temporary Service Pass from the P&ER Operations Manager.
Overnight parking is ONLY available in Lot 3 for anyone staying in campus housing, or leaving their vehicle overnight.
