Our photographers provide high-quality images to meet the teaching and promotional needs of the Royal Roads community.
We take photos of individuals — for example, headshots for faculty or portraits of special guests. And, we capture shots at events such as conferences, ceremonies or announcements.
Locations
We can take photographs anywhere on campus, including our CTET studio space. If you aren't sure where to choose, we can recommend locations based on your needs.
If booking a space is required, you can do so through EMS Campus.
Request a photographer
Complete a photo request form for each of your photography sessions.
Include as much detail as you can; your responses help us provide you with the right images for your purposes.
Timelines
To help us meet your photography needs, please respect our timelines:
- Submit your photography request at least five business days prior to the assignment date.
- We'll need five business days after the session to edit the photos.
- Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to assignment date.
Model release
Everyone who appears in your photos must complete a model release form.
Royal Roads University reserves the right to use their names or recorded images for promotional or educational purposes.
Stock photography
Royal Roads has a photo bank of images that faculty and staff can use in their classrooms.
Choose from current and historical images of students, classrooms, events, grounds and gardens. Images are available in several formats and resolutions for web and print.
