Support is available for two types of live meetings and events:
- web conferencing — best for synchronous, virtual "face-to-face" meetings
- livestreaming — best for large events shared in real-time over the internet
Web conferencing services
If you're a web conferencing account holder (Zoom), you can set up meetings and invite people to participate online with audio and video, and various common features including screensharing.

Timelines
To help us meet your web conferencing needs:
- Submit your web meeting request at least 48 hours prior to your meeting.
- Allow 24 hours notice for cancellations prior to meeting date.
Livestreaming
Share your event online in real time through livestreaming. Participants can follow a broadcast link (Vimeo) or watch it later if recording available.

Timelines
To help us meet your livestream needs:
- Submit your livestream request at least five business days prior to the event date.
- Allow five business days after the recording date for video completion.
- Allow 48 hours notice for cancellations prior to the event date.
