International education agents

A global network of education agents

At Royal Roads, we collaborate with a network of trusted education agents from around the world who understand our programs and admissions requirements.

While using an agent is optional, they can be a valuable resource to guide you through the process of studying at RRU.

What does an education agent do?

Education agents are specialists in studying abroad. They can help you:

  • Explore your options: Identifying programs and institutions that align with your academic goals and interests.
  • Navigate the application process: Guiding you through application requirements, deadlines, and documentation.
  • Understand visa requirements: Agents who are licensed with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) or a provincial/territorial law society can provide information and support for your student visa application.
  • Prepare for your arrival: Offering advice on accommodation, transportation, cultural adjustment, and other practical matters.

Choosing an education agent

  • Select an RRU-approved agent: Contact us to receive a list of approved agents.
  • Look for accreditation: Verify if the agent is certified or recognized by relevant organizations.
  • Ask for references: Speak with other students who have worked with the agent.
  • Be clear about fees: Understand the agent's fees and services upfront.
  • Verify information: Always confirm information with official sources, such as the Royal Roads University website.

Important note: You are not required to use an education agent to apply to RRU. Our enrolment services team is always available to assist you directly. We invite you to connect with us.
