Join us for a transformative Nature Connection Workshop led by Shelley Doyle, a student in the Master’s in Interdisciplinary Studies, focused on moving beyond small talk to authentically connect amidst the beauty of nature.

**Outdoor Circle Gathering (20 mins)**: Gather in a peaceful outdoor setting for an insightful talk by Shelley Doyle on transcending small talk to foster genuine connections. Following the talk, engage in an open discussion where participants can share their thoughts, experiences, and insights on authentic connection.

**Exercise: Practicing Authentic Connection in Nature (20 mins)**: Split into teams and embark on an experiential journey of authentic connection in nature. This exercise encourages deep listening, empathy, and a profound connection with nature and each other.

**Group Circle: Exploring the Power of Authentic Connection in Nature (20 mins)**: Come together in a supportive group circle to reflect on the power of authentic connection experienced during the workshop. Share insights, discoveries, and personal experiences of connection in nature. Explore how these connections can enrich our lives, foster a deeper sense of belonging, and inspire positive change in ourselves and the world around us.

This event is supported by RRU’s Healthy Planet Club and the WWF Go Wild grant.

Join us for this immersive workshop to deepen your connection with nature and cultivate authentic connections that nourish the soul.
