Diversity statements are commonly displayed on many organizations' websites and other organizational public-facing documents. Though, these statements, or even well-thought-out steps to creating diversity, are far from enough. Strategies to attract a diverse workforce are the just beginning of a process for a workplace wanting to ensure fairness, cultural safety, and the success that comes with a diverse workplace. The effectiveness of a diverse workforce depends on the degree of inclusiveness embedded in the workplace culture.

In this webinar, Delmar Tobin offers strategies for organizations to move from the beginnings of creating a diverse workforce to critical steps that are often overlooked for ensuring an inclusive workplace culture. He further discusses how to measure the success of these shifts in workplace culture in Canadian settings.
