Provides the opportunity to understand and explore how to contribute to positive change in support of child wellbeing in a contextually appropriate and sustainable way for children, youth, families, communities, and nations. Explores different methodologies for: inclusive child and family welfare and child protection policy development processes; adapting programming based on learning, reflective practice, and/or developmental evaluation; and participatory approaches for research, community assessments, and/or other processes. Develops a better ability to critically assess the relevance of certain methodologies and tools for different contexts to support the shift from child protection to child wellbeing.
