Self-Guided Garden Tours 

We invite you to explore the Royal Roads gardens at your own pace throughout the weekend with self-guided walks—enjoy free parking, open access to the Mast Site, and take time to revisit your favourite spots and soak in the beauty and history of the grounds.  Public areas of the Sherman Jen, Gym, Library, Grant Building, and Habitat Cafe are also open. 

Please note that Royal Roads Museum is closed, but will be open Saturday 2:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. and Sunday 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Saturday, September 13

Welcome Reception 
12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. | $15 + GST 

Dress code: Business Casual  

Enjoy a reception to reconnect with old friends - and make some new ones! Refreshments, sandwiches, and light fare provided.

Guided Campus Tour
2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. | Free *registration required

Bring your walking shoes as we revisit key buildings, including Neptune Stairs, Nixon and Grant Blocks, the Royal Roads Museum, and the Campus Gift Shop. Coffee cart will be provided.

While it's not part of the formal tour, we invite you to drop by the Royal Roads Museum, open from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Campus Gift Shop will be open 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Homecoming Dinner 
6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. | $75 + GST 

• Cocktail Hour: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Dinner Served: 7:00 p.m. 

Dress code: Mess Kit, Black Tie, Business Suit 

A highlight of the Homecoming weekend, enjoy a memorable evening of celebration with dinner, laughter, and stunning campus views. Cash bar will be available.

Sunday, September 14

Mast Site Ceremony & Circle Walk 
10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. | Free *registration required

Dress code: Blazers, Ties, Medals Encouraged 

Join us to honour Royal Roads traditions with a ceremony in front of the former Vice-Commandant’s house, followed by a Pipes and Drums Band-led ceremonial walk from Hatley Castle to Grant Block and back. We also welcome you to visit the Royal Roads Museum, open from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. 

Farewell Gathering 
11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. | $20 + GST 

Toast new and old friends with a glass of sparkling wine, refreshments, and light fare.

Yes! Parking is FREE Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The museum will be open Saturday 2:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. and Sunday 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The Campus Store is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. as well as Saturday, Sept 13 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
