Record your live event to share online for all to see.
Our team works with Royal Roads faculty and staff to record live events on campus, such as lectures, presentations, panels and seminars. We can also help livestream your event, so viewers can attend in real time.
Where to record
For best results, we recommend holding your event in the Centre for Dialogue in the Learning Innovation Centre.
Faculty and staff can book the space through EMS Campus.
Request video recording
To request video recording, complete the video recording request form at least five business days before your event.
We provide minimal post-production editing for video recordings of live events. If your projects requires editing and post-production treatment, learn about our video production services.
Timelines
To help us meet your recording needs, please respect our timelines:
- Submit your video recording request at least five business days prior to the recording date.
- We'll need five business days after the recording date to complete the video.
- Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the filming date.
Model release
Everyone who appears in your video must complete a model release form.
Royal Roads University reserves the right to use their names or recorded images for promotional or educational purposes.
