Vivianne Bridgeman is a senior level leader with experience in multiple industries and countries. Bridgeman has experience in the private and not-for-profit sectors deploying a participative leadership style for organizations undergoing acquisition, turnaround, growth and transitional business cycles in both start-ups and re-establishing HR departments within organizations. Her focus is on developing collaborative relationships to foster learning, dialogue and innovation.


Bridgeman has held HR positions accountable for organizational restructuring and development, change management, process improvement, HR strategic planning, workforce management, talent acquisition, development, coaching, performance management, project management, compensation, benefits, and HRMS. She has worked for entrepreneurial companies with excellent leadership where she integrates business objectives with HR to do what makes sense for the business. She serves as a member on the Board Directors at Snow Valley Ski Club.


Bridgeman received her Master of Business Administration in Executive Management with a specialization in Management Consulting from Royal Roads University (2015) and a diploma in HR from Grant MacEwan University (2004).
