Lily Seto is a Certified Executive Coach (PCC) who specializes in hosting conversations for change. She is one of three coaching supervisors in Canada, having successfully completed her coaching supervision diploma in 2014. Seto is also a learning and development specialist who designs and facilitates high impact workshops. She is the current President of the International Coach Federation, Vancouver Island Chapter. She has raised two wonderful sons and now focusses much of her attention jumping in puddles with her grandson.
Experience
Seto was the Coaching Strategist in the BC Government, responsible to lead the design and implementation of an internal coaching program. This included the hiring and training of 19 internal coaches, curriculum design and delivery, and co-leading the first ever BC Public Servants Coaching Summit. She is currently focussed on her private coaching, coaching supervision, and facilitation services, which serves clients globally.
She is a Certified Fierce Conversations facilitator and is certified/qualified in Myers-Briggs Type, Lumina Sparks, Cultural Orientations Framework, and is about to complete another Masters in Organizational Management and Development from Fielding University in Santa Barbara.
