
Kobby is a thought-leader, educator, and enjoys teaching and interacting with students. His teaching, much like his research, reflects a passionate interest in the field of business administration, management, and leadership and their applicability in the marketplace. His work focuses strategy formulation process, implementation, and the pursuit of competitive advantage. He integrates a variety of methods such as business cases and simulation exercises that elicit forward-thinking solutions in today’s complex, dynamic, and often unpredictable global marketplace. His research interests focus on business strategy, strategic leadership, entrepreneurship, globalization, and outsourcing.
Experience
Kobby has worked in both private and public sectors and has more than 12 years’ experience in building and leading high-performance teams. He currently works as Director of Facilities and Ministry Security Officer in the BC Public Service. He is also an adjunct faculty in the University of Northern BC (UNBC) where he teaches in the Master of Business Administration program. He is founding faculty of GradCampus and co-founder of Chief and Friends Foundation.
