Betty Mutwiri is a seasoned coach, consultant and facilitator. She is passionate about maximizing the potential of individuals, teams and organizations through her boutique firm, BM Leadership Coaching and Consulting Inc. Betty leverages her experience as a senior leader in the public sector for the last two decades to provide insightful coaching and consulting on talent development, change leadership and EDI.

Experience

As the director of organizational learning and leadership  at Saskatchewan Health Authority, 2007-2016, she led the implementation of the  Saskatchewan Leadership Program. She believes in the power of coaching and fostering coaching cultures and was the proud winner of 2016 Prism Award from ICF.
