The MA in Environmental Education and Communication (MAEEC) is a rare graduate program designed for those ready to align their career with their calling. Blending short on-campus and field residencies with flexible online learning, the program brings together mid-career professionals who want to lead change in a world facing urgent environmental and social challenges.

Many students arrive with deep passion but uncertainty about how to channel it into meaningful work. Through supportive faculty, peer networks, critical arts and nature-informed learning, and reflective practices, gain the skills and confidence to turn purpose into action. Learning is relational and experiential—rooted in listening, dialogue, reciprocity, and compassion for both the human and more-than-human world.

Join this online info session to hear from current students and faculty about how the MAEEC:

  • Builds resilience and leadership capacity for complex times
  • Nurtures multiple ways of knowing and communicating
  • Creates space that educes wonder, beauty, reflection, and practical application
  • Equips graduates to help shape regenerative cultures and communities

This is an invitation to step fully into your vocation at a moment when the world needs courageous and ecologically conscious educators.
