Black on government suspension of the Royal BC Museum project

With the BC government putting the $789-million Royal BC Museum project on hold following public backlash, political communications expert Assoc. Prof. David Black says it is a wise move, considering a recent Angus Reid poll showed that 69 per cent of British Columbians oppose the costly project.
