It has been almost 20 years since the book Managing as Designing exhorted managers seeking to innovate to learn from architects.

Since then, design thinking — an approach to innovation that highlights the centring of human values, learning through trial and error, and actively exercising imagination — has become embedded in management practice.

Internationally renowned architect, Michael Green, will discuss the design process used in his award-winning firm, which has completed projects all over the world. He will highlight visual methods and processes to open up to new possibilities, and then decide which directions to further explore.

You will leave this conversation with new insights into how organizational leaders might innovate.
