Have you been thinking that you need to make a change in your work life, but are unsure what is possible and how to move forward?

Join two experienced faculty members and alumni of the RRU Executive Coaching program to explore ways you can energize your current career or identify new paths in our next installment of our Alumni Chat Series on September 14, 2022 at 11:30 a.m.

Dr. Kelly Tremblay is a neuroscientist who has authored over 100 publications and who holds faculty positions at universities in Canada and the United States. She's enjoyed mentoring students and professionals through various stages of career development and transitions. She's an advocate and consultant who has served on many national and international boards, including the World Health Organization, and Chair's the Employment Taskforce for Accessible Communication. She completed the RRU Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching in 2021 and works with leaders as a Certified Executive Coach and Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. Her mission is to help people stay connected and productive as we live, learn, and earn longer.

Dr. Charles Krusekopf is a Professor in RRU's School of Business and Program Head of the MBA program.  He works with both students and companies on issues related to mid-career development, and recently completed the Stanford Design Lab’s Life Design Studio program for educators. He helped develop and lead several programs at RRU including the MBA in Executive Management, the Graduate Certificate in Indigenous Economic Development, the Master of Global Management and the MA and MSc in Environment and Management. He completed the RRU Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, and was recently certified as a Design Your Life Coach.

In this free Alumni Chat Series special event, Dr. Kelly Tremblay and Dr. Charles Krusekopf will share their experience and lessons from neuroscience: Understanding bucket lists and the need for change. How shifting demographics and job markets are creating new opportunities for career development and how to explorer tools and resources you can use to re-design your work life.
