About

Salzburg University of Applied Sciences (SUAS) offers interdisciplinary programs geared to the needs of the labour market in the innovation-oriented areas of Engineering, Business and Social Sciences, Media, Design and Arts and Health Studies. The university offers students an intimate learning environment with small class sizes and a focus on applied learning. Located in a world-class tourist destination, SUAS offers an ideal setting to pursue tourism and hospitality studies.

Location

Salzburg, Austria

Course information

SUAS offers a variety of courses in English in their degree programs. RRU students can choose courses from the Bachelor in Innovation & Management in Tourism as well as courses offered by the International office. German as a foreign language course can also be taken.

Please discuss with your program head which courses will transfer back into your RRU degree.

Accommodation information

On-campus and off-campus accommodation options are available. At both SUAS campuses, on-site student dorms are available, all of which include a bathroom and kitchen. Most of the incoming students decide to live on Campus Urstein simply because it is the closest to university.

If you wish to live off-campus, you can apply for accommodation in the city of Salzburg. Closest to Campus Urstein are the student residences in the south of Salzburg, for example, the Europa Kolleg, Franz von Sales Kolleg or Internationales Kolleg.

If you are interested in renting a room on Campus Urstein or in the city of Salzburg, e.g., Haus Salzburg, please visit the OeAD housing website and send your application online as indicated
