About 

IMC Krems was founded in 1994 and started with an English language degree program in Tourism and Leisure Management that included a compulsory semester abroad – a first in Austria. Located in the picturesque Wachau River Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, IMC Krems is recognized as one of the top academic destinations in Austria for the study of tourism and hospitality. Despite being a relatively small institution, IMC Krems boast an international atmosphere making it easy for students from around the world to feel welcomed in a safe community right away. Located in the heart of Europe, students are conveniently situated to explore the rest of Austria and neighbouring countries.

Visit the OeAD scholarship and grant database for great opportunities that may help you fund your exchange semester. Please note that you need to apply very early for grants such as the Ernst Mach grant for studying at an Austrian university of applied sciences, so plan ahead!
