This course focuses on people in a work environment. Given the depth and breadth possible within that context, the course will identify and address relevant people-related issues that impact the performance of organizations. More specifically, course participants will understand the theoretical and practical implications of employees' attitudes and behaviours and how these impact performance, as well as how organizations can manage relevant attitudes and behaviours to support employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. Additionally, the course aims to provide opportunities for learners to understand aspects of themselves more deeply. Further, the course is intended to support learning the basics for developing and writing an academic paper.
