Focuses on a communication perspective and develops dialectical and creative thinking on the changing demographics of our organizations and society, especially related to race and culture, gender, age, disability, and socio-economic status. Helps students leverage both the visible and invisible differences of employees through multicultural and multinational organizations, and improves their ability to create, work within, and lead diverse teams and global organizations for creative outcomes.
