This course develops students’ applied understanding of managerial finance to support informed, evidence-based decision-making in organizational contexts. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of financial concepts using contemporary tools to support managerial planning, control, and decision-making cases. Key topics include the time value of money, capital budgeting, valuation, capital structure decisions, and the role of capital markets in supporting sustainable organizational performance. The course emphasizes interpretation rather than mechanical computation. Students build financial models, evaluate assumptions, and communicate recommendations to decision-makers.
