Experience

As a founder of internal coaching at a Fortune 10 company, Shawna led a community of practice numbering 450 coaches to develop personal and group coaching programs addressing everything from leadership development to change management.

She is also the former chair of the Internal Coaching Community of Practice for the International Coaching Federation and a five-time member on the PRISM Awards Committee, awarding the honour of coaching excellence demonstrated in an organization.
