In service of transformational culture change and evolution, Pamela is a pioneer in the field of coaching, assisting in shaping what we know coaching to be today. She is a co-creator of the International Coaching Federation's coaching competencies and a Master Certified Coach.

Pamela has contributed significantly to the curriculum, design, standards and systems development for coaching and coach training in multi-cultural environments that span the globe.

 

Experience

During her career, Pamela has led hundreds of courses, coached thousands of hours, working with individuals in a variety of cultures, regions and business contexts. Her experience includes director of education, and president and faculty member at Coach U, Inc., senior trainer at International Teaching Seminars and managing director at Innervision Enterprises, LLC.

Pamela has also served as keynote speaker at Curiosity, the Foundation of Coaching Culture and as past president at ICF Global.
