Kathy Cowan Sahadath

Kathy Cowan Sahadath has held senior Human Resource positions and was a Change Leader at Hydro One in Toronto, Ontario Canada. Her former positions involved leading all strategic organizational change and business transformations and addressing the people side of change. Working with business leaders, project leaders, and with change teams, accomplishments included improving the overall organizational capacity for managing change, by developing and mentoring change leaders from within the business.

Experience

In addition to Kathy’s business responsibilities, she has been involved as a volunteer/board member with the Project Management Institute, Project Research Institute, the Toronto Forum on Organizational Change, the International Council on Organizational Change, the Academy of Management, and the Association of Change Management Professionals. Research interests include every area of entrepreneurship and the leadership role in innovative entrepreneurial enterprises.

Kathy’s professional education includes an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, an MBA in Project Management from Athabasca University in Alberta, a Masters of Arts degree in Human and Organizational Development, and a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems specializing in the area of organizational change and leadership from Fielding Graduate University, in Santa Barbara California.
