I’m a surprisingly enthusiastic and empathic listener, user researcher, and data nerd who thrives on using creativity and joy to fix systems and services. My approach combines analyzing complex data with facilitating inclusive co-design sessions to transform insights into impactful solutions. I excel at turning user empathy and data into actionable insights, building customizable dashboards tailored to diverse stakeholder needs, and ensuring that solutions truly serve real people.
Experience
With over 10 years of experience in service design, education, and facilitation, I specialize in helping people and organizations creatively solve complex challenges. I’ve taught design thinking to public servants, educators, youth, and business leaders through workshops, online courses, and community design jams. As the founder of Yes And Design and a co-lead of the Victoria Impact Design Collective, I design learning experiences that blend play, empathy, and strategy to foster clarity and collaboration.
