No matter what holiday you observe in Spring — Easter, Holi, Nowruz, Purim, Solstice, the budding of the cherry trees, or something else — we invite you to join us for RRU's Spring Fest on March 21.
Here are a few things Student Services has planned for you:
A "hopping good time" at our Easter egg hunt
Bring your family members or kids (or maybe you are just a kid at heart) and see how many eggs you can find. BYOB (bring your own basket)!
Learn about Nowruz
The festival plays a vital role in strengthening the bonds between people based on mutual respect and the ideals of peace and good neighbourliness. Nowruz celebrates humanity's rich cultural heritage and diversity, promoting peace, dialogue and solidarity.
Let's play Holi!
The Festival of Colors symbolizes the exuberance of life, welcoming Spring and marking the triumph of good over evil. Holi is celebrated with colours to cast out the difference between high and low, caste and creed, old and young and name and form. Be sure to wear white or the most colourful outfit that you don't mind getting covered in coloured powder.
