Orange Shirt Pin Beading Event On Campus

Indigenous Student Services is hosting an Orange Shirt Beading event to offer a space to come together to reflect on the legacy of Indian Residential Schools. Participants will learn beading techniques to create their own beaded orange shirt pins to honour the lives impacted by Indian Residential Schools. 

This event will be hosted in person at Sneq'wa e'lun on September 26th from 12:00 to 2:00. A basic lunch, tea and coffee will be available.  All materials will be provided and no prior beading experience is needed.
