A bear has once again been spotted on campus, near the lower entrance to Charlie's Trail (by the Boathouse). Please follow signboards and use the buddy system (walk with someone else, not alone) and continue to keep dogs on leash. Here's what to do if you see a bear.

Join the Bruce Parisian Library to celebrate the Elders Report and other research gathered in partnership with Seniors and Elders at VNFC and University of Victoria students. Through community-based participatory research, they explored the unique impacts of COVID-19 on the wellbeing of Elders and seniors in the region. Learn more about their work and celebrate urban Indigenous knowledges in community!
This event is supported by the Salish Sea Hub, part of the UNESCO Chair in community-based research Knowledge 4 Change global consortium, the BC Network Environment for Indigenous Health Research (BCNEIHR), and the Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation (MIRR).
