The Repair and Maintenance Services team helps to keep the building and infrastructure running smoothly, with all activities performed according to APPA* Level 2 standards.

Our skilled trades workforce includes electrical, mechanical, plumbing and technician experts, providing a wide range of repair and maintenance services.

Services are available from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

How we prioritize work

A response within 2 days is appropriate for requests with minimal impact on safety or operations, such as minor repairs or cosmetic improvements.

Flickering lights or non-operating fixtures
Faulty toilets or broken toilet seats
Signage requests
Non-essential air conditioning or comfort cooling
