Stories of Conflict and Change-Making

Marnie Jull used a Research and Professional Development grant to explore stories on conflict through theory and the practice of the Insight approach.

“Stories of Conflict and Change-making” weaves together conflict theory, arts-based pedagogy, and systems-thinking to accessibly explore and explain the complexities of conflict, collaboration and change-making. Written by a single author/researcher, these stories present difficult concepts about the individual and social dynamics of conflict through personal narrative, interpersonal conversation, and social reflection. Grounded in the theory and practice of the Insight approach to conflict and change-making, these stories are intended for practitioners and students in fields of conflict and leadership, as well as individuals working with others on creative or technical projects that involve both conflict and collaboration for optimal performance.
