Presentations at 2017 International Communication Association (ICA) annual conference

Dr. Du was granted Research and Professional Development funds to present on intercultural learning in Sri Lanka and on privately-owned websites and state-owned CCTV in China.

Two manuscripts have been accepted and will be presented at the Intercultural Communication Association 67th Annual Conference from May 25-29 in San Diego, USA. The title of the first manuscript is A dynamic view of intercultural learning in a village school in Sri Lanka, and it was accepted to present at the Division of Intercultural Communication. Another submission which is titled Media credibility: a comparison between privately-owned websites and state-owned CCTV in the context of China, has been selected for the ICA 2017 preconference “The Consequences of the Internet for Authoritarian Politics: Comparative Perspectives.”
