Dr. Lois Fearon is an Assistant Professor and the intellectual lead for international marketing courses for the Faculty of Management. In addition to having been the School Director, Fearon has taught, managed, and developed numerous courses and programs at Royal Roads. She sat on many marketing committees, delivered various training programs and assessments, and worked in the field in various leadership capacities. Her recent research has been focused on assessing the impact of integrating sustainability into business school curriculum. She is an accomplished triathlete who has qualified for the World Ironman Championships and been a member of Canada’s National Age Group Triathlon team.

Experience

Fearon had over 20 years of industry experience prior to embarking on her academic career. She has worked with a major bank and in the pharmaceutical industry and provided consulting services to government and private sector initiatives. She has been involved in the development and implementation of strategic marketing and business plans in the tourism industry and several business sectors. Fearon has also taught at both the undergraduate and graduate level at the University of Victoria and Camosun College.
