Why study conflict at Royal Roads University?

Have you ever wondered if there’s a better way to navigate conflict or rebuild relationships—personally, professionally, or in your community?

If you're curious about how to engage with conflict constructively across interpersonal, organizational, and community settings, our Conflict Analysis and Management (CAM) programs—offered as a Graduate Diploma or Master of Arts degree—could be the right fit for you.

Through the CAM program, you’ll deepen your understanding of conflict dynamics, strengthen your leadership and facilitation skills, and build the capacity to analyze and work through complex conflict situations. Whether you’re already working in the field or looking to enter it, CAM will equip you with the tools and reflective practices to make a meaningful impact—and take your career to the next level.

Join us on September 10 for a conversation with two CAM alumni and Dr. Eva Malisius, Program Head. You’ll hear real stories about why our graduates chose the program, how it shaped their personal and professional growth, and what they’re doing now.

Register now to explore the CAM program and learn more about constructive conflict engagement. Can’t attend live? No problem—all registrants will receive a link to the session recording.
