Examines environmental issues and trends through the lens of legal concepts and Canada’s regulatory frameworks. From the evolution of environmental law to the protection of environmental rights, the connections among the environment and national and international law, governance, planning, economics, and health are examined. Case studies of policy issues and legal disputes are used throughout.
