Career Design for Business Leaders

BUSA 580 offers students an opportunity to develop a professional growth plan for their time during and after the MBA program. The course uses approaches such as design thinking to consider potential career paths, develop personal goals and create strategic plans and action steps to allow participants to gain new insights and explore possible futures. Through personal and team exercises, research, and reflective writing, students will work closely with the members of their cohort to build new networks, knowledge and perspectives and advance their personal and professional development. *pending approval
