Objective of the Agreement

RRU agrees to facilitate the block transfer of students from Vancouver Film School with appropriate prerequisite qualifications into the third year of the Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication (BAPC) at RRU. By this agreement, applicants from VFS who meet the requirements outlined below will be eligible for admission to RRU with full block transfer, provided all other entrance criteria are met (per the program admission requirements on the RRU website) and space remains available in the Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication program.

 Successful completion, with a minimum “B” (3.0/4.33) GPA, of the:

• Acting for Film and Television Diploma
• Digital Design Diploma
• Film Production Diploma
• Writing for Film and Television Diploma
  • 3D Animation/VFX
  • Animation Concept Art
  • Classical Animation
  • Programming for Web, Games and Mobile
  • Game Design

Successful applicants must complete RRU’s Academic Writing and Critical Thinking course five weeks before the BAPC program start date with a minimum final mark of 73%.
