Summary
I am primarily responsible for course production, technical quality review, user training, support and documentation at Royal Roads University (RRU) within the Centre for Teaching and Educational Technologies (CTET). I work in a team environment which employs an innovative and effective use of technology to deliver a high quality learning and teaching experience for RRU students and faculty. I support projects related to technology and operational improvement of all courses by creating, adapting, applying or sourcing appropriate technology solutions to support learning. I support the Centre in researching and testing new technologies, tools and plug-ins as well as investigation and troubleshooting of clients’ technical problems. I also train and assist users (CTET, RRU staff) in using new tools and LMS. Outside work I enjoy vegetable gardening, biking and skiing with my family.
