Rose Nadon is an award-winning Canadian small business owner specializing in the hospitality industry, whose success has been realized through high volume involvement and participation in the local business community. She managed the complete day-to-day management of a small business encompassing marketing, networking, operations and sales. Supported by many years of experience in the travel and tourism industries, Nadon’s background also includes 25 years working for an international airline. She is fluent, written, spoken and read, in French and English. Her research for her masters' graduate paper is featured on the Royal Roads website.
Nason has 25 years’ experience working at an international airline in operations, ticketing, currency conversions, and gate control and check-in/visa document control procedures. She also owned/operated an award winning bed and breakfast for nine years, and served on the board of the New Westminster Chamber of Commerce (president for four years) during that period.
Nadon holds a MA in Tourism Management from Royal Roads and was the winner of the Founders Award at graduation. She also completed a Provincial Instructor Diploma Program from Vancouver Community College – Provincial Instructor Diploma Program and holds a Culinary Diploma (fine dining) from Dubrulle Culinary Art and Hotel Institute. She has a tax preparation diploma for small business/inventory from H&R Tax Foundation and a two year office procedures diploma through Larocque Business College.
