Leadership Studies

Rosa Edinga, MBA, MCC, is an executive coach, coach educator, mentor coach, coaching supervisor, and facilitator dedicated to the development of leaders and coaches. She serves as faculty with several coach education programs and is the creator of ROOTED, a trauma-aware and nervous-system-informed learning experience for professional coaches. 

Rosa is also co-creator of The Coach Mentorship Group and The Gathering, ICF CCE-accredited programs focused on mentor coaching and coaching supervision. She is an ICF-trained assessor at all three credentialing levels and contributed to the development of the ICF Coach Educator Competencies. In 2025, Rosa presented at ICF Converge on the role of safety, awareness, and the nervous system in supporting meaningful growth, learning, and change.

Experience

For more than 20 years, Rosa has supported leaders and coaches across healthcare, government, education, and non-profit sectors. Her experience includes internal and external coaching, leadership development, mentor coaching, coaching supervision, and coach education.

She has designed coaching and learning programs, facilitated professional development initiatives, and worked with leaders and coaches at all stages of development. In recent years, her work has focused on the role of safety, awareness, and the nervous system in supporting meaningful growth, learning, and change.
