He spends every day thinking about how we can use conversations to create leaders that are more engaging, people centered and inspiring. As a connector of people and conversations first, Bowles is driven to explore globally innovative approaches connecting people and organizations to the gaps in leadership and who we need to BE to inspire ourselves and those around us. He is driven to inspire, invest and celebrate the capacity we each have to make a difference locally and globally through an insatiable belief that conversations change the world.
