Mallorie Nicholson is a conflict resolution practitioner, mediator, and educator who specializes in workplace conflict, organizational culture, and collaborative problem-solving processes. She works with organizations across Canada—including government agencies, universities, First Nations governments, and sports and community organizations—to address complex interpersonal and organizational challenges. Her work includes mediation, conflict coaching, facilitated dialogue, and organizational assessments that strengthen communication, build trust, and support healthy workplace cultures.
Mallorie is a partner at ADR Education, where she helps organizations develop conflict management practices through training and intervention. As Associate Faculty in the MA in Conflict Analysis and Management program at Royal Roads University, she integrates her practical field experience into the classroom to support applied learning.
