Lina Guo is an Associate Faculty member at Royal Roads University, where she taught CESL 100: Civic Engagement and Service Learning in the International Year One program and IICS 670: Intercultural Communication Learning Project with Professional and Continuing Studies.
Experience
Lina is also a Co-op Coordinator at Simon Fraser University, supporting MA Arts students, employers, and faculty in developing meaningful work‑integrated learning experiences. With an eight‑year journey across 5 B.C. postsecondary institutions, she brings expertise in co-op education, community engagement, and student career development. Lina serves as Regional Director on the ACE‑WIL Board and co-chairs the Communications Committee of this ACE-WIL board.
Lina’s research interests include applying Design Thinking to engage students as co‑creators to improve their coop experiences, as well as using the CIPP evaluation framework to support comprehensive co-op program assessment.
