Larry Zolob’s  career started in banking and HR in Toronto and the Caribbean, where he led a large and growing team in a culturally-diverse environment. He used graduate school to transition to a career in marketing, starting in the pharmaceutical industry in the United States, followed by several executive roles in entertainment in Toronto. He is currently founding his own company centered on an app for career development, while consulting both with startups and mature organizations.

Zolob’s formal acknowledgements include the Johnson and Johnson Marketing Leadership Award for overhauling a failing MBA recruiting process. In addition to his teaching relationship with Royal Roads, Zolob teaches and develops curricula for adult learners in business and entrepreneurship at the University of Toronto.
